| Networking,integrating and multimedia are the developing trend in the mine securityproduction monitoring system.The platform based on a multi-service transmission ofIndustrial Ethernet can integrate the discrete and distributed monitoring system into amultimedia comprehensive monitoring system,which is in order to save the human resource,material resource and financial resource. With the rapid development of networktechnology, the mine’s information construction is increasing attention.However, at presentthe main domestic existing form of existing Ethernet switch is the explosion-proof, and theEX-Mark is Exd[ib]-I, with a big volume(606mm×503mm×231mm,660mm×442mm×709mm), a heavy weight(80kg,160kg), a high power consumption and a high cost. Somedrawbacks of the explosive-proof switch are overcome by Intrinsic safety Ethernet switch,such as the small volume(360mm×240mm×120mm), the light weight(less than5kg),andthe lower power loss(less than9W).In the basis of the Ethernet switch, according to the requirements of intrinsically safecircuit. Firstly, the power circuit is improved which has many special functions, such asovervoltage, over current, short circuit protection and so on. Secondly, though testing thespecific function parameters and the relevant performance parameters, the Time Delay ofSwitch is emphasized to analyze and research, which validates that the Switch is reliable andsteady. Finally, based on safety model Ethernet and the actual conditions of XinjiangGuotou Yili Lineng Coal company limited, Ethernet ring network of ore on Optical fibertransmission is put forward. All of Data networks,Speech nets and Video image nets arerealized unity via the connection between the switchboard and Field monitoringstations,Video monitoring system and Telephone system.Though specific test on thefunctions of Network packet loss rate and Failover time,that Ethernet ring network of ore onOptical fiber transmission can fully satisfy the need of communication under the pit is proved.It is a good base of constructing digital mine, saving the one-time constructioncosts and enhancing the system of the extension. |
