Considering above mentioned practical problems, analysis at site, communication with technical staff and equipment factory, overall design and upgrade the control system. Change the transformation of the old starch milk separator OP45 Control System into Siemens S7-300-PLC control system,10 "Siemens MP277 touch screen for PC in order to easy control, CPU use 314 series, the system uses the Modbus communication protocol can be easily communicate with the DCS system, device configuration program the upper and the lower program without encryption, to facilitate future maintenance and improvements, and in accordance with the actual needs of the production process to re-program the control and transformation carried out a design and planning, and re-layout the control loop cable and make the control cabinet traces more attractive, intuitive, remove the termination of field scrapped device, more conducive to operating personnel with the simple operation of the field device monitoring. Separator devices are all running into the PLC control system to improve the degree of automation, process indicators to improve production line running stability and reliability, to achieve the maximization of resource utilization. Program shown in the text, can provide solutions illustration and design ideas for similar separator selection and the automation updating of control systems.
