With the rapid development of information technology and the wide use of computer, the application of Computer Simulation is increasingly popular. Marine Engine Simulator is a typical example of Computer Simulation in the field of navigation, and has become an important way to train and evaluate most sailors. The ship separator system is an important part of marine engine-room simulation.The developing processes of the Ship Separator System Simulation can be described as followings:Firstly, comprehending the basic operating principle of the ship oil separator and their controlling process in detail, the paper utilizes the Objected-Oriented Technique to establish the models of time sequencing control model according to the mode of the purifier and clarifier, protection model and temperature control model in the course of normal condition. The time sequencing control simulation process comprises two phases of start-up and discharge.Secondly, Compile class in language C++ for each subsystem by the Object- Oriented method, define their function and properties. These classes are not visual from the outside. In the environment of Visual C++ 6.0, with the help of many kinds of graph making tools, form a lot of simulation interfaces which can ensure some functions about simulation operating and displaying.Finally, connect the simulation interfaces effectively with those computing classes to realize the simulation software.Moreover, the paper has also done description and simulation on several common faults and displayed the movement within two-phase and multi-phase material with the help of many kinds of graph making tools.The simulation program of ship separator system is developed on the platform of the universal operating system of Windows and utilizes the Objected-Oriented Technique in agreement with the idea of mode engineering asthe way of modeling. The author recompiles and finishes the ship separator system simulation software in the environment of Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0. The simulation program for ship separator system realizes the sequencing simulated control of separator and fault simulation.
