The new-type agricultural platform, which has the ability to administrate accepting units indifferent areas, staff, agricultural information, monitoring areas, monitoring sites, and monitoringinstances (video equipment, sensors, controllers, perceptual adaptation gateway and perceptualedge gateway) orderly, efficiently and scientifically, trying to achieve integration of agriculturaldatabase and the sharing of real-time agricultural information in distributed databaseenvironment, is a new technology that puts crops into a relatively controllable environment tomonitor their whole life cycles with advanced equipment, and regulates the environmentalfactors automatically according to the variations of external factors, using intelligent controltechnology. This paper elaborates the core technical problem of the new agriculturalmanagement platform; the main elements are as follows:Firstly, we investigated the development situation of new-type agriculture at home andabroad, analyzed and summarized the progress and deficiency of modernized agriculture in ournation.Secondly, by studying further about the core technology related to system constructing andresearching the sharing strategy of database and the consistency of hash algorithm, this paperprovides ample techniques and theoretical principles for realizing agricultural mega data storage,retrieve and expanding MMU (Memory Management Unit). In order to increase the accuracy ofdisplaying sensor devices on view, we study many algorithms that currently exist of informationfusion of multi-sensor.Thirdly, based on set-fusing multi-sensor, after analyzing the pros and cons of existingalgorithm, we propose a data-fusing one which customs algorithm model. At length, we conductexperiments to ascertain the dominance of this algorithm so as to improve the credibility of thecollected information and the robust of the system.Fourthly, the content of this paper present overall and detailed design scheme of thenew-type agriculture platform, which comprise overall functional structure, flow chart,functional module design, entity model design, database design, coding rules, interface design ofexternal services and system sequence diagram. Finally, the website will present the results pageof the platform. The system is stable during the test time and trial operation, whose functional modules canmeet the users’ actual needs. Using this system reasonably in agricultural production canreducesmanpower expense, decrease operating costs and increase the efficiency of agriculturalmanagement.
