This kind of test generally still is the accumulated exercises and exams, so it exists some disadvantages including the old topic, the slow update and high repetition rate, so that it seriously influence on the initiative and enthusiasm of students’ learning and self-assessment. So it urgently needs to develop a set of test system in order to reduce teachers’ heavy volume task and heighten the students’ initiative of autonomous learning.Therefore, this research develops an examination management information system in accordance with the characteristics of training agricultural technicians for agricultural colleges by referring to a large amount of test systems, and the main work includes:First of all, discuss the construction background and significance of test system, and describe the concept of test system and the development present situation at home and abroad.Second, do the system analysis from the three aspects including user requirements, roles cases and business cases, business processes according to the process of software development.Third, design the system architecture, system function, database structure, and algorithm of test system. The research mainly divides the system into five functions; they are system management, knowledge management, test system management, test paper management and audits management.Forth, implement the major modules of the system on the basis of the previous work. It includes the realization of the system environment, the realization of the database connection, and providing the key code database configuration file and the realization of the system’s five functions and the five technical difficulties.Finally, test the implementation of major modules.By testing the system, it realizes the user’s demand and function, conforms the anticipated target, achieves the expected effect, reduces the burden of teachers’ setting exam papers and grade exam papers, improves the initiative and enthusiasm of the students’ learning and self-assessment, and further perfects network course platform of agriculture technology training of agriculture colleagues.
