| This is an examination of the development of OSTA online system for the project, combining the need of office automation skill tests, using teaching resources of the institute, and computer technology and network, to design independently. IT will be used widely in the daily teaching and the final functional testing of the subject of "The Basic of Computer". The system is a collection of the examination for the management of students' information, and the examination, the test papers,and administration. Not only overcoming the difficult about papers' large quantities, a long time of grades issued in the examination traditionally, but also inspecting the ability of students, and making examinations automatically and scientifically.First, the article starts from the realities of teaching and the present situation about examination system online, introduce the needs analysis of the system, the design principle, explain the technology and environment of the system, design the database on software engineering. The article gives database instruction of the system and the relationship among the forms, describe the structure of the system and the process. and gives a solution of marking papers by computer. The article also discusses some except situations in the examination.This system is based on UML and its fundamental structure is based on C/S, is achieved on the three-tier structure, is developed through the technology of VBA and the SPL server 2000。In system is practical, clear, stable, excellent performance, scalability. The system is able to help students practice, and helps teacher exam daily and reduce the teacher's workload, increase the amount of the students practice; It would be able to finish the work of OSTA and reduce the papers in the error and increase the accuracy of the examination results and effectiveness.Preliminary results show that:System is stable, practical. |
