Design And Implementation Of General Question Bank Management And Generating Test Papers System

With the increasing number of students, the diversification of examination questions, the pressure of teachers producing test paper increase,Which requires question bank management and intelligent generating test paper system to assist the teacher question bank management, and auto generating test paper according to the teacher’s strategy of generating test paper, in order to improve the teachers’efficiency and reduce the teachers’workload. This system for subjects, types of generally support all subjects and types of questions, that is to say this system allows different subjects teachers define the structure of questions bank (subject name and chapter knowledge directory), define the name of types of questions, and supports to input, and store complex questions with formulas or pictures.So far,most of Item bank systems are developed in the C/S mode, which with high maintenance costs but inconvenient to use.users need to download and install the client. Even if a few item bank system is developed in B/S mode, they only support single subject or single question type, do not support complex questions with formula or images,and inefficient to produce test papers. Aiming to improve the problems of common item bank system, i designed and developed a question bank management and automatic test paper generation system based on B/S mode, the system allows to distribute and manage users limits, define question bank structure and types and levels of questions.This system also allows to accord questions online and import a complete paper and auto generating test papers. System focuses on the research of solving six problems:(1) how to implement custom structure of question database, namely in the form of directory tree display structure of question database, and the tree node to add, delete, change, check; (2) how to realize the types of custom, and supports all common questions; (3) how to implement the online entry, storage rich text format questions; and (4) how to bulk import formula, the picture of the complex questions; (5) how to achieve high efficiency of automatic test paper. (6) how to export papers.Through the key technology research of the system, the overall design of the system and the development and implementation of the key modules are carried out. In this paper, first of all, the system needs analysis, and on this basis, the system architecture design, database modeling. And then focus on the above six issues.
