Design And Implementation Of Online Examination System In College's Qality Courses

The development and construction of quality courses is one of the current trends of education reform in college, all colleges pay much attention to it and support it with financial resources and manpower. As a new test means, the online test plays an important role in promoting the construction of quality courses and becomes a part of it. This paper introduces the design and development of the online examination system for Electrical and Mechanical Technology of the Tianjin College, token part in by the author.This online examination system, based on B / S structure, uses SQL Server 2000 database as a background and uses Visual Studio 2005 as a development tool. The system is divided into four modules: the log on module, the administration module, the student module, the teacher module. The system realizes network examination, has implemented following functions: student management, teacher management, question bank management, writing paper, online testing, automatic scoring, results inquiry. The paper detailedly analyses and narrates the system construction technology, design principle and implementation during the development process of the system. The results of system testing show that: the system overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional exams, saving writering and marking papers time of teachers, improving efficiency and reducing the associated costs, at the same time, it is convenient for students to master courses and plays a positive role in the reform of the College of Education.
