Faced with a large number of applications that require high bandwidth, in order to ensure a good user experience, TD-LTE network construction of the operator’s development is essential.TD-LTE’s EPC is a more flat, all-IP network. But VoLTE packet voice communication has not been realized, the current mainstream transition voice solutions: single card dual standby and CSFB. Single card dual standby without the need for the transformation of the existing network configuration; CSFB in attach, fall back, return, need to transform the existing network configuration.Through the system-level test, confirmed single card dual standby program voice experience good and network construction requirements are lower, But will increase the terminal cost and energy consumption and in the terminal will generate mutual interference. Dissertation demonstrates the receiving channel through GSM dual filter, TD-LTE transmit channels using high-performance filters to reduce interference.The dissertation also through comparative testing of CSBF parameters before and after optimization, CSFB voice fall back by R8 redirect delay 12 S, read SI13 message latency can be shorten 1S; by RIM process optimization can shorten the delay 5-6S. In the return section through the network and terminal fast return can shorten the delay from 20 S to 0.5-1.5S.Because of the high costs of the transformation of the network terminal equipment, in the return section the authors believe the second scenario may be more appropriate. My work also have reference to VoLTE implementations.
