Aggravate with the fact that mobile communication technology expands as well as cellphone industry competes, innovation on the technology is the inevitable trend that cellphone develops. So that the mobile phones which made in China is in the level of a breakthrough, the establishment of a truly independent intellectual property rights of national mobile communications industry. Therefore, it's great significance to innovative technology and develop stable products timely on the market demands.This paper is based on the MTK dual-platform development of the dual-standby phone project, in-depth study of the system of collaborative processing technology, which fully take into account the use of mobile phones in the actual demand, in the original platform on the basis of an increase subsystem to handle the communications services of the sub card, while dual systems through the AT command for communication ,in the software through a new process to control and communicate the subsystem modules with main system, and all the user interface display from the main control system, thus achieving the stability of the mobile phone operating procedures. The developing technology on the project can be used in the follow-up of dual-mode mobile phones (CDMA and GSM), as well as multi-platform mobile phone expansion projects in the application.
