With the increase of the amount of cars in city and the shortage of the parking spaces, parking becomes to be a difficult problem. Parking problem will not only affect the city traffic, but also cause chaos of the city, and the waste gas in the process of looking for parking will exacerbate air pollution. So how to find a suitable parking place with limited resources has become an urgent problem nowadays.This thesis designs and implements a parking service management information system for enterprise users only. The system includes electronic label recognition subsystem, license plate recognition subsystem, parking space information acquisition subsystem and a webpage platform which manages users and parking information. This thesis first studies the basic knowledge of parking information system and refers the current research home and abroad, discusses the user’s actual demand and finally designs a parking service management information system. The system includes six functional modules--- registered login, query parking spaces, book parking spaces, parking charging, information management and monitoring query. Each functional module is analyzed in detail requirement by TFD(Transaction Flow Diagram) and function description. This thesis uses structured software engineering and system development method to design the system, including the achievement of each module, interface, database, system security and other aspects of the detailed design, and finally the feasibility of the system is verified by the function test.This thesis issues a system which deals with the parking service. The system provides the enterprise users with the function of query parking spaces, parking charging, administration management which solves the parking problem in some degree. The system makes an accurate target at the parking problem with perfect functionalities. It meets with the social need, catering to the trend of Internet which has a potential market and application prospect.In the end, this thesis issues some improvement of the system and predicts its future development.
