The Design And Implement Of Continuous Education College Management System

With a large population density and lack of educational resources, the foundation of the culture and education in our country is relatively weak and the distribution of education resources is not balanced due to the uneven development of different regions. The traditional classroom teaching cannot fulfill the need of “life-long learning”. However, as an efficient method compensating the traditional classroom teaching, distance education has developed quickly and eventually won the recognition of the public in recent years. As a developing country, we need distance education which is now an indispensable way to help construct lifelong education system and the learning society.Combined with the actual situation and some problems in state grants management system, a small management information system based on B/S architecture is design. In Chapter Two, considering the actual condition of the system, necessary demand analysis is undertaken. With the object-oriented theory and the UML as the analysis and design tool, concrete use-case description is conducted. On the basis of demand analysis, Chapter Three further develops the pragmatic framework, including functional framework and technical framework. On account of detailed analysis of above theory, Chapter Four has a detailed design and analysis the function of every functional module of the platform. During development of the entire system, we use ASP.NET to build environment, SQL Server 2008 to design the back-end database and Visual Studio 2005 to develop the system. The system chooses ASP.NET to achieve dynamic process. In this paper, we conduct the following research:1. A detail description of the Web database management systems, including access methods of Web database and the structure of the database system and other related technologies has been made.2. Describes the logical structure, the database conceptual structure, physical structure, the software architecture of the system.3. The system’s platform is Windows 2000, and we use the B/S multi-tier architecture, and the SQL Server2008 database to ensure the stability of the database.All these advantages make it easy to operate and maintain, and accordingly the system will greatly improve our current application procedures of financial assistance.
