Design And Implementation Of Public Security Integrated Information System

Under the background of the development of socialist modernization deepening, domestic and international situations becoming more and more complex, in order to maintain the social stability and ensure a long national stability period, the public security organs should improve the competence and strength against criminal continuously, thus the requirements for the informationization of public security department become higher and higher.The development of network technology and the rapid development of computer technology has greatly promoted the public security information construction, and all kinds of advanced technology are integrated into the public security information system, thus how these techniques can be better applied to the public security information system has become a hot topic in the current research of the people. The new technology of the Internet of Things with the current rapid development applied in the developed countries and many industries in our country has achieved good results, and also obtained the preliminary application in the public security system construction.Based on the characteristics of public security work under the new situation, and combined with the application of the Internet of Things technology, this paper designs the information system which can meet the demand of the public security work, integrate all kinds of resources, standardize the alarm processing, information collection, equipment management, thus effectively improving the efficiency of the police work.This paper mainly has completed the following aspects of researching work:(1) Studied the current domestic public security information system research status and background, and then put forward the existing problems, confirmed the study’s main content and organization structure;(2)Analyzed the feasibility of the whole public security integrated information system respectively, and described business requirements, functional requirements and non-functional requirements in detail.Upon the analysis of functional requirements, designed the entire system, which included the system management, user authority management, personnel management, scheduling command management, real time collection and management and equipment management of the use case diagram, and also adopted the specific cases to illustrate respectively;(3) Applied the B/S structure, SQL Server 2008 database technology and Internet of things technology to offer a detailed design scheme of public security integrated information system.In the process of design, mainly adopted the UML modeling technology to design function structure diagram, sequence diagram and flow diagram of six function module of system in detail, and conducted a detailed exposition to the database design of the whole system process;(4) Implemented the specific interface from each function module, and completed the testing work of the whole system from three aspects of function testing, safety testing and performance testing.
