Warehousing is an important bridge between production and sales of enterprises.Modern efficient digital storage system is the key to how to improve the utilization of warehouse and reduce Time-consuming of making an inventory of goods in storage and design of position distribution strategy.The optimizing allocation of goods strategy can effectively improve the turnover of the warehouse.So enterprises can be from production to sales working more smoothly and improve customer satisfaction.In this paper,through the study of digital storage based on RFID technology,first of all,to scientific and rational deployment of RFID to solve traditional warehouse' problems.The rational redesign of Warehouse effectively improve the utilization rate of the warehouse,greatly reduced the goods in the free time.Second,goods distribution of in-out warehouse dynamic mathematical model and the realization of the algorithm to solve the problem of distribution of goods.Specific studies are as follows:1.According to traditional warehouse loading and unloading cargo information to use manual or semi-automatic entry,cost a great deal of time and prone to the problem of deviation.The introduction of RFID applied to the storage system to realize automatic data acquisition.To scientific layout,RFID deployment design to the inside space and the specific tray pallet.At the center of the each pallet goods installed the buried electronic tags,truly connected digital management by rational Design.To effectively solve the electronic label on the surface is easy to damage to the goods,the disadvantage of pollution loss interference.To ensure the efficiency accuracy of data.2.The design and deployment of RFID antenna has a lot of impact on the entire RFID system performance.RFID electronic tags and antennas due to polarization between different ways,there will be tag antenna and reader antenna polarization direction of the imbalance.Sometimes the RFID antenna is deployed in an unreasonable manner causing some signal loss problems.This paper proposes a circular polarization RFID antenna design and scientific and rational deployment of antenna to effectively solve the problems of reading data failure and improve the RFID reader as part of the signal loss.3.For traditional warehousing goods allocation strategy cannot be effectively access to large amount of goods.Frequent storage requirements that would be the problem of dynamic change,this paper proposes a dynamic allocation strategy would be based on improved genetic algorithm.The strategy is to solve the multi-objective optimization problem.About the distribution of the goods involved shortest outbound goods,the same principle,and the change of different period goods turnover through the optimization analysis of the population mean dynamically in the process of genetic algorithm to adjust the crossover rate and mutation rate so that can get a better optimal solutions.The design of adaptive crossover mutation function can effectively and easily avoid to fall into local optimum in the process of function optimization problems.Finally to find the optimal distribution of goods.4.In order to make the goods can be timely and efficient to send to the customer,It is an important significance for in road vehicle which has real-time locating and tracking,not only can real-time monitoring on in transit goods,but also to improve warehouse operation efficiency.By integrating GPS and GIS system,development of Web-GIS logistics service platform to implement dynamic management of carriage of goods.
