Laboratory Information Management System(LIMS) is a laboratory indispensable part of good laboratory information management system for users to manage data not only information, but also to provide users with scientific management processes and management tools to simplify daily work, improve work efficiency, increase service level objectives.With the continuous development of higher education, deepening teaching reform, and increasing the size of school, school quality continues to improve, the experimental teaching university put a higher demand, the traditional manual management mode features simple, inefficient secrecy and poor many problems, has been unable to meet the requirements of the development of experimental teaching, so in order to achieve unified management of laboratory data, and the effective use of scientific workflow planning, capital equipment, all colleges and universities have begun to study the establishment to meet their functional requirements standardization of laboratory information management system(LIMS), in order to achieve the laboratory management, standardized and scientific.Through the daily work of university laboratory management and research, in-depth analysis of the needs of the daily work of the department of information systems functions, proposed experimental teaching management, and laboratory open five functional modules, equipment management, query and analysis, and system management. data collection, three logical architecture of data transmission, data management, design, and system database conceptual model, logical model, physical model of the scientific design of the RFID middleware functionality and workflow planning and design.Waterfall model for the development of specifications, using the ASP.NET framework, C # programming language, Visual Studio 2010 development platform and SQL Server 2008 database management system for functional modules of the system and RFID middleware implementation, and design a detailed test cases, each module of the system for functional testing.University Laboratory Information Management System Based on ASP.NET device management module introduces groundbreaking RFID technology, the device automatically recognizes the identity, information collection and positioning and other functions, which greatly improves the efficiency of the equipment management.
