Study On Laboratory Management System

Since 1960s until now, Laboratory Management System has already realized data collection, processing and analysis as well as the relevant network of laboratory management information by dint of the application of computer network technology.These days, the domestic interrelated research mainly aims at two objects: One is the project-developing labs in large enterprises. The other is the talent-training labs in most colleges or universities. These two share one common ground: both are dead against scientific study and the management of open experiments. However, along with the development of vocational education, the research on the management system in vocational colleges, technical secondary schools, technical schools and all kinds of training schools looks especially important. Therefore, that this thesis is about the research on skill-training laboratory management system has a real significant meaning.Vocational colleges or training schools have one obvious characteristic, which is to organize and actualize all sorts of skill trainings or examinations for vocational qualification. So, the laboratory management of these schools has certain particularities:①Besides the basic information of laboratories (such as equipment information, personnel management information), they should obtain:1) the relevant examination information for professional vocational qualification ratified by the state2) the corresponding information for examination management if the labs themselves have to be responsible for the examination projects for professional or vocational qualification3) The pertinent information that aims at series of practical and operational training for examinations of professional and vocational qualification②The experiments of scientific research occupy a comparatively small proportion.This thesis considers that a successful laboratory information management system based on skill training can not only process the basic experimental information management but also embody the particularities mentioned above .By aiming at the actual laboratory situation of a vocational college, this thesis constructs a typical laboratory information management system based on skill training. In addition to completing laboratory information management, human-resources information management, experimental project information management, the share of experimental material and on-line feedback investigation, this system has the characteristics in the following:①In order to consolidate its specialty of assisting vocational skill training, it especially designs the module of skill testing information management in allusion to the specialties of skill training laboratory information mentioned above.②This system desalts the data collection and the function of analysis required a lotby scientific experiments.③It adopts the way of life-cycle management to mark out and design the module of equipment information management.④It uses the unique course-arranging method to realize the core design of laboratory bespeaking module.At present, the basic design of this system has been finished and is being tested in a small scope.
