Governing company mainly uses the manual management mode in the contract management; information resource sharing on the contract is relatively difficult, relevant datas cannot be collected and summarized for contract.The contract query rate is low, the contract examination speed is slow. In order to solve the above problem, the company decides to develop the contract management system.Based on the software engineering idea, the governing contract management reality is studied; the system is completed from the demand of contract management system analysis to the final system testing. J2 EE platform is adopted, which can avoid the problems of other contract management system in compatibility, portability. The three layers(the presentation layer, logic layer and the support layer) based on B/S structure is formed, the contract management system has the characteristics of high performance, extend ability and so on.In this thesis, first of all, the background of contract management system is analyzed, the involved technologies are introduced, including contract management, J2 EE architecture, database technology, etc. And then the feasibility analysis of contract management system is introduced, seven functional requirements are summaried, case analysis of the roles are completed, t the contract management system performance requirements are completed. The design scheme of contract management system is introduced, three layers structure of contract management system are formed, In terms of function, the seven function modules and the module functional subdivision are formed, at the same time, the database design principles, the concept model and logic model are presented. Finally, the hardware and software environment of contract management system are set up, the results and code of the system are introduced, and some of the test results of contract management system are showed.The contract management system after commissioning is recognised by the company’s customers, it meets the demand of the actual contract management. This system improves the efficiency of contract management, makes the contract data sharing more convenient, improves the quality of the contract decision, provide effective and convenient for the company’s contract management platform.
