Based On The J2ee Platform Research And Contract Management Information System Design And Realization

The enterprises are enlarging the devotion to the technical research and the scientific research management is becoming standardized. The demand of establishing a scientific research contract management information system to be suitable for the research management work of the government department and enterprises is becoming more and more urgent. At the same time, the rapid development of the modern information management, which is based on the computer and the communication technology, has laid the foundation for establishing the scientific research contract information system. So the research of the contract management system, which is based on the computer technique, has the academic and practical significance.The paper was based on the XAC-SRCMS developing project. Firstly, it analyzed the characteristics of the traditional and the object-oriented software developing method and model and the system framework in system demand analysis foundation. The system used the object-oriented software developing method and RUP developing model and the multilayered system structure, which was based on the J2EE platform and the MVC mode. Secondly, aiming at the present contract management problems of manual management etc of XAC, the paper studied the requirement and the framework of XAC-SRCMS. Then the system function modules of XAC-SRCMS were given through system outline designing and detail designing. Then the paper studied the realization of XAC-SRCMS for example log achievement based on the technical components, report forms achievement based on XML, system security achievement. The executive environment of the system was described and the process of the system realization was discussed. Finally, several critical problems were discussed in the paper: the connection design between XAC-SRCMS and the LangChao finance system, the approval design of the receiving and payment plan which is based on the work flow, the quality control of the system.On the one hand, the research in the paper laid the foundation for XAC to realize the contract managements by computer. On the other hand, it provides the reference for aviation industry enterprises and the correlative government department to establish contract management system.
