As banks have large scale marketing a wide range of users scattered, user type and more features, making the bank marketing marketing system is more complex, the need to solve the overall functions of the bank marketing content and business content coordination problems. The workflow technology is used to solve the coordination problem by calling reasonably related to human and information resources to achieve coordination between the various business activities, so that all business activities to achieve a certain degree of automation.In this thesis, based on workflow technology and banking marketing on the actual situation and the user’s bank marketing marketing business management systems in different functional requirements of the system, to build a system based on bank marketing marketing management system workflow technology, designed and implemented Bank marketing marketing Management System based workflow, combed marketing business demand-side management, business expansion and other business processes, the definition of the workflow model and database storage, workflow engine designed to provide the required execution work environment, which can effectively solve the problems such information is not smooth, but also to ease the diversification of different business processes.Specifically, the main content of this paper and made findings include:(1) improvement and transformation of the bank marketing marketing business processes, optimize the rational use of resources.(2)The workflow technology will be integrated into the entire banking marketing all marketing business processes, to achieve a unified data management efficiency, to enable enterprises to focus on their core business, by leveraging existing enterprise information resources and human resources to achieve increase profits.(3) based on workflow technology to establish a bank marketing marketing management system will integrate various business sectors together to avoid information silos within the enterprise, the enterprise internal data and information exchange on the safe and reliable unified platform, bank marketing resources centralized management, thereby improving the overall efficiency of bank marketing.Based on workflow technology for banking marketing marketing management system is a long and wide range of topics, but also to further research to explore new methods, new tools for solving practical problems to provide reliable, detailed theoretical basis for the user provide more convenient to use, more efficient, more practical approach.
