Along with the telecommunication market gradually opening, some world-class telecommunication giants are seeping into the Chinese telecommunication market gradually by many kinds of methods, the domestic telecommunication operation business are facing to a brand-new and more intense market competitive environment. Telecommunication operation businessmen are demanded to adopt the strategy of"concentrated on customer"and provide the individual service solution according to the customer's actual demand. So they must carry on the customer subdivision management according to the customers'characteristic.The topic "customer subdivision management information system" is based on the Jiangxi mobile communication—Ganzhou subsidiary company. The thesis proposes the necessity of the customer subdivision through the present situation research on the domestic and foreign telecom enterprise customer subdivision and on-the-pot investigation to the topic. The method used in this thesis is mainly following as: firstly, the customers are subdivided by the basis natural attribute, mainly including static data such as the customers'age, occupation, location, service brand to subdivide the customers; Secondly, the customers are subdivided by the behavior attribution, mainly including dynamic data such as the customers'telephone behavior,the note expense behavior to subdivide the customer.After subdividing and researching on the customer, the thesis adopts the method which the structure exploitation combines with the prototype. Firstly, the thesis carries on the comprehensive system analysis in view of the topic, draws up the data flow chart in detail, and edits the data dictionary; Secondly, in the system design, the method of customer subdivision, the database and the system function module are mainly designed in detail. Thirdly, in the system realization, SQL Server 2000 is used for the backstage database server, and Visual Basic.net computer higher language is used for the onstage development tool to carry on the programming realization. Finally, the system is carried on the test confirmation. The result proves that the system not only can accurately realize the customer subdivision, but also has the characteristics such as the friendly surface, the reliable performance, the simple operation and so on.The analysis result has been realized in this topic, which provides the difference to the telecommunication enterprise for the customer product, reduces the service cost, enhances the customer the use degree of satisfaction, reduces customer draining rate, provided the data to be possible to depend on; And regarding to enterprise's market investigation and study, has provided the effective strut with the decision-making strata to the marketing strategy implementation.
