With the rapid development of knowledge economy,people become the key factor of companies achieve their performance.No matter what type of enterprise,regardless of the size of the enterprise also is big is small,the enterprise decides the lifeblood of business success.In the fierce market competition,all kinds of enterprises,especially state-owned enterprises,the environment is undergoing tremendous changes, companies need to reduce costs,improve the quality of products,constantly innovate for optimal activity.In order to produce competitive products,to provide customers with more quality services,the enterprise managers and employees all need to play a more active and creative role than ever before.Said in a sense,the mastery of human resources is to gain the initiative in the enterprise development.At present,many enterprises are opened the human resources department,its jurisdiction over the finance department,and even this also shows the status of human resources in modern enterprises.So for employee performance appraisal system arises at the historic moment,to reasonable employee performance appraisal can enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper introduces the basic knowledge of the system development,system development by using the database and its main development Language.This paper USES the demand research and analysis,system design and testing methods,according to the theory of software development,information systems development theory,and the theory of project management theory is analyzed.The application of relevant departments need to satisfy the Desay Corporation.Demand analysis system is introduced emphatically the specific operating environment,function,performance,and other requirements of this system in the development.In the process of system design,mainly completed following several aspects of the work:(1) to study and analysis of the related systems at home and abroad,clear the purpose and significance of design,(2) to introduce the development method used in the system development process and related technology, the main method is the method of object oriented technology, the related technologies involved are mainly MVC, C#.NET, asp.net and Visual technology.(3) clear system demand target,detailed analysis of the system functional requirements,performance requirements,(4) According to the system demand analysis mainly set design goal setting, planning management, performance evaluation module, database design of each module of the detailed description of the system;(5) Describe the use of images and flow out of the way of the realization of the information system;(6) the system test.
