| China is a country with large population,drug safety is a vital matter for people’s livelihood,thus our country has enacted a series of laws and regulations to regulate the process of production, purchase, sale, transportation of drugs. With the rapid development of information technology, in recent years, the hospitals and health service institutes of most of cities have realized the informationalized management in drug management, but in many grassroots township health centers, the drug management mode still remains the original manual mode. The Township Health Center which is located in Quanpu Town of Liangshan County of Jining City of Shandong Province is in such situation. Under the manual mode, on the one hand, the workload of entry, shipment, inventory and maintenance of drugs is very enormous and it is easier to make mistakes, on the other hand, the township health center can’t obtain the latest real-time information of drugs in time, such as the storage location, quantity, batch number, expiry date and so on, therefore, the township health center can’t make the timely and accurate drug management decision.This dissertation takes the Township Health Center of Quanpu Town as the study object, the purpose of this subject is realizing the whole-process monitoring for the drug circulation of this health center by the informatization means, this system can effectively promote the circulation speed of drugs, meanwhile, it can also improve the service level and management level of this health center. The chief contents are as follows:1. The study on the informationalized realization ideas of drug management. On the basis of the reasearch on the business processes and operation standards in the drug circulations of the Township Health Center of Quanpu Town, through the management of the classifications and forms of drugs, this dissertation realizes the division of drugs from various aspects, and it promotes the precision of drug management effectively. Through recording the batch number information of drugs in the whole course, this dissertation realizes the real-time data monitoring for the drug circulations of health center.2. The study on the theories of software engineering. This dissertation makes an in-depth study on the theoretical knowledge of software engineering, including requirements analysis, system design, system implementation and system testing and so on, this part of work lays the theoretical foundation for the design and implementation of this system.3. The study on the implementation framework and technical route of this drug management system. Through the study of software engineering theory and software development technology, this dissertation takes the C/S mode as the development mode of this system, the system architecture is the three-layer architecture, the programming language is C# and the database management system is Microsoft SQL Server 2008. All the above technologies are mature and widely-used, thus they can guarantee the stability, security and scalability of this system. |
