| With the growth of the establishment’s scale, the establishment-network’s topo--logy structure is becoming more and more complicated. And that brings great difficulty to the performance data monitoring application server in establishment network. Under this circumstance, the traditional application servers management method that relies on the manual management of the network administrator has been unable to meet the current requirements. So the development and research of the Application Server Data Monitoring System has become more and more necessary. A mature application server data monitoring system can effectively realize the application server performance monitoring, and meet the requirements of the current complex enterprise network running.Based on that research background, this thesis designs a Application Server Data Monitoring System. Though the collecting the performance data of the application server that to be monitored in the network, the performance data that collected can be stored in the database. Then, the system can analysis that performance data. And when there is a performance bottleneck in the application server, the application server data monitoring system can send a warning message to the administrator in time, so that the administrator can treat the defect of application sever timely.In this thesis, we first introduce the basic knowledge and the key technology related to application server data monitoring system. Then, the demand analysis an the detailed design of each module of the system are described. The system that designed in this thesis is divided into six modules: application server data management module; application server data analysis module; server data display module; alarm module; alarming data analysis module and system tools module. Those six modules can complete data acquisition, data analysis, results display, alarm data analysis and system settings and other functions. Finally, simulation experiment is carried out on the designed system. The result shows that the current system can effectively monitor the application server’s performance, and the current system can send alarming message when there is a failure. So that the application server monitoring system can ensure the application server executes normally. |
