Information technology has been developing rapidly in the fields of Internet,e-commerce and communication,as well as traditional engineering manufacturing,energy,finance and government.With the development of technology,large and widely used information platforms have been created in various industries.Due to the large scale of information platform,wide variety of application servers,high coupling degree of software and hardware,multiple levels of software and high complexity,it has become an extremely important research work to monitor the functions and performance of the underlying servers of various platforms.A basic performance monitoring system architecture can be built based on data acquisition,event definition and trigger,and internal and external interfaces.Using data mining for historical event statistics and analysis,access to multimedia and graphical external components can achieve a comprehensive and visual performance monitoring system.This paper mainly focuses on the research of these two parts.This paper analyzes the current research status of server performance monitoring technology at home and abroad,and puts forward the technical requirements and design objectives of performance monitoring based on the current situation of China's Internet and communication industry.According to these requirements and objectives,the design and implementation plan of performance monitoring system is proposed.In the design scheme,the paper designed a reasonable overall structure of the performance monitoring system,developed the basis of data collection and the logic of event definition and event trigger,and proposed a performance monitoring method based on event processing.In the system implementation plan,the paper selects the architecture based on service/agent technology to complete the layout of multiple physical scenes,so as to realize the performance monitoring across the data center and realize the distribution and collection/trigger asynchronous processing of monitoring data.In the specific implementation,this paper realizes the automatic discovery and addition of server nodes,automatic application/reference of templates according to server type,self-service generation of customized monitoring,graphical display of alarm interface,etc.,and realizes a comprehensive server performance monitoring system.In this paper,the theoretical analysis and test of performance monitoringtechnology and implementation results show that the technical feasibility of this scheme,the performance loss and resource usage is low,fast detection and feedback,the fault location accuracy,event handling closed-loop,well adapted to the current technological environment of the Internet and communication industry in our country small and medium-sized enterprises.
