With the rapid development of China’s economy and society, mobile communications business is facing many opportunities and challenges. Currently, the major carriers are in strengthening and consolidating the infrastructure construction, efforts to improve service quality and gain better user experience. "Mobile Base Station" is the core infrastructure of the mobile communication business, its quality directly determines the quality of the company’s mobile business. The "Base Station Accident" monitoring and timely treatment is the key to ensuring the normal operation of the base station. The main objective of this thesis is to develop a provincial "Base Station Fault Monitoring Processing System" for China Unicom, in order to enhance the company’s ability to handle with station emergency, so as to enhance the quality of service. Specifically, this thesis completed the following work:1) Analyzed the business related to the monitoring and processing of Base Stations, and carried out the functional and non-functional requirements of this system.2) Finished the overall design of the system, including architecture design, functional design, and database design.3) Described the detailed design and implementation of six sub-function modules, including “Failure Query”, “Failure Statistics”, “Work Order Distribute”, “Work Order Forward”, “Work Order Audit”, and “Statistical Indicators”.4) Finished the functional and performance test of the system, and analyzed the test results. We used the SSH architecture to help to finish the design of this system, according to the test results, the system we finished in this paper can fully match the requirement of users, the development of this system is successful.
