As China’s economy continues to develop, the network plays an increasingly important role in the social life, the mobile network operator’s monopoly has been broken. At the same time, the state input and support in this area is also growing, competition among peers increases. Competition in the market will inevitably cause some business losses that will directly lead to lower service quality. Given the current status of the country, improve network quality of service, increase customer satisfaction is imminent. Customer satisfaction influence the development of mobile communication industry. Past 2G networks only meet basic call and the Internet, can not meet the customers a good surfing experience. Now, with the increasing maturity of 3G, customers pay more attention to the speed of the network and network resources, the existing network is difficult to satisfy all customers. In customer satisfaction surveys, the vast majority of customers want to upgrade the network communication speed. Therefore, the establishment and planning of a complete city TD-LTE network is the key to enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. In this paper, the wireless network planning objectives, Wi-Fi ideological principles of planning, content and process were described in detail by. For wireless network signal attenuation, covering an area of small features, through proper planning, improve the quality of fixed area communications network, improve communication characteristics. Secondly, the city TD-LTE network and form strategic analysis and discussion of the relevant conclusions.
