Queuing is already a very common phenomenon everyday, with the development of China’s financial industry, banking, crowded queue will lead to jump the queue, complain, noisy, and even physical conflict and other phenomena occur, to solve this problem, give the customer a relaxed environment queuing, queuing system came into our life. But people queuing for services are increasingly dissatisfied customer queuing problem seriously affecting the emotions, a lot of time wasted, taken from the number to do business in our network within their jurisdiction, the average wait time of 45 minutes, the shortest 25 minutes, the longest 110 minutes. The disadvantage compared to existing call number queuing system exists in the design of the phone queuing system the main consideration paperless, network, intelligent queuing mechanism, users do not have to take a number to the operating room scene on the wireless network queuing can function; through user feedback related to the number of people queuing network remind depositors choose from their closer and less number of people queuing network, in order to reduce the time the majority of depositors in the banking hall queuing wasted time for business, which greatly facilitates the user bank, reasonable differentiation queuing crowd, but also can improve the efficiency of the bank staff to establish more favorable corporate image.I in working life many problems caused by queuing in everyday life, resulting a mind to design a bank phone queuing system, this article is designed to achieve the bank queuing system is based on the Android mobile phone platform smartphone application program, which is divided into client and server-side two parts. The client is based on the Android platform, using the Java language using the Android SDK Google company, the paper uses the API Baidu Maps to achieve positioning, navigation, maps, query and other functions, the server is using Java EE platform development, the use of the My SQL database to store user data, a wireless network connection, users can query the phone app handy around the nearest bank branch near check bank services, the number of staff inquiries nearby bank branch, and queuing case, Select the phone booking service outlets, the system can provide route planning and navigation functions, and in order to improve the quality of the banks concerned, to assess the work of the staff, mobile banking queuing system also provides a complaints suggestions, encourage users to use this function every service scoring.To prevent malicious users malicious application queue, we have introduced credit system for application users queue did not occur, we will reduce the credibility of the value, if negative points for the time being blacklisted for some time that the user can not continue to use the system, thus saving resources for the needs of customers to provide better service.Implementation of this phone bank queuing system to achieve a number of remote wireless call queuing feature, users can effectively save time costs and greatly improve the efficiency of the banking services to achieve a win-win situation the user and the bank.
