With the popularization of mobile network, electronic commerce, mo bile terminal and communication networks increase the scope of the appli cation of net work in a large extent, and now, the network data covering almost into every field of society, and to the country’s political, cultural and economic, and citizens living brought great changes.Communication enterprises is a typical customer is large in scale, lar ge amount of data, timely high industry, but with the era of mobile Intern et and data arrival, communication is becoming more competitive, operator s have to face not only the traditional competition between peers, but also with the Micro message, micro-blog OTT competition the stock of custo mers, operators and loss of "pipeline" trend evident; faced with the increasi ngly serious problems, communication operators mining technology will be a huge customer scale segmentation only through data, according to t he ARPU value(customer value), off grid orientation, product demand, ser vice needs multi-dimensional understanding of customer information, and the establishment of a benign interaction platform lifting operators, thus m ore effective service levels, improve product value matching, so as to effe ctively improve customer relationships, improve the competitive power of enterprise.This paper from the basic theory of data mining, analyzes the relate d theory of data mining technology and the basic concept, system structur e and the logical function, on this basis, the research and Application o n CRM system and data mining technology, and the system structure an d the process of data mining in CRM data mining is discussed, in the vari ous mining methods data, according to the actual needs of work focused o n the decision tree classification method. ID3 algorithm for complex dat a, noise interference of big disadvantage, this paper proposes the use of i mproved ID3 algorithm of variable precision rough set model, and analyze s the improvement.According to the general process of data mining in CRM system, com bining with the actual needs of the business support system Chengdu mob ile company, the design and implementation of the database for the dat a mining, and the implementation of the program module based on ID3 a lgorithm.Finally, this paper designs and implements the J2 EE three layer arc hitecture based on EJB Technology Chengdu mobile marketing and servic e supporting system, the system can not only meet the daily basic data pr ocessing needs, at the same time, this system also can use data mining t echnology to realize precise target customer acquisition and marketing acti vities, and analyze the result.
