Telecom operators, operation and maintenance management platform has been to protect the quality of telecommunication networks。Maintaining the strong backing of the normal operation of the alarms work order management is a core component of the operation and maintenance management 。 has a vital role in today’s network of high-speed development period. In order to adapt to modern country’s most advanced telecom operators provider of alarm management operation and maintenance needs of the actual situation and the functional requirements, the subject of telecom operator alarms work order management analysis and optimization of pipe control the background under, management and related systems in at home and abroad to do a comprehensive understanding, a more in-depth understanding of the status and trends of the current the alarms work order management system technology development, and briefly involved in the work order management technology concept system design and development process described. In this thesis, the software engineering and telecommunications operating company system solutions in the alarms work order management system, information systems development ideas, and the completion of the detailed design and achieve results.In this thesis, telecom operators alarms work order management system uses B / S mode and C / S mode hybrid programming overall framework, the integration of the browser and the server to interact with the client and server communication structure and the structure, the current MVC three-tier system of popular design model layer, view layer and control layer separation, has reached the decoupling effect, and to promote the development of the system and maintenance. System development platform based on J2 EE, Tomcat as the application server, database server using Oracle. Various functional modules of the system from requirements analysis modeling used UML Unified Modeling Language.Research and design of this thesis, the expected result,are the establishment of the telecom operators, operation and maintenance management platform alarms work order management subsystem, the system becomes a powerful weapon for the management of a telecommunications network operators and network operators,and will promote one of the telecom operators powerful tools to help companies to improve the alarm work order management level, to create greater value for the enterprise.
