Research And Implementation Of Automatical Trouble Ticket Distribution In Jiangxi Telecom Transmission Network

The work of network monitoring, alarm analysis and trouble ticket distribution has been relying on manual in Jiangxi Telecom for a long time.With the rapid development of Internet applications,the scale of the telecommunications network which brings a rapid increase in the number of alarms is also increasing.As network monitoring become more and more intensive,it is difficult to meet the timeliness and accuracy requirements of network monitoring only by manual work.Network monitoring is in urgent need of being centralized and standardized.The construction of automated network monitoring has been necessary as a method to standardize the management,and to improve the efficiency of network monitoring.First of all, The thesis introduces the history and the current status of alarm correlation analysis method, does comparisons and analyses of the characteristic and the applicability of known alarm correlation analysis algorithm.Secondly, the thesis does researches on the maintenance status of Jiangxi Telecom Transmission Network from three aspects, the transmission network of Jiangxi Telecom,the supporting system and the historical trouble ticket data.Then the thesis determines the thinking of automatical trouble ticket distribution and proposes a plan which judges alarm correlation by time and network grouping,merges the alarm according to the alarm severity, to process alarm correlation analysis;designs the automatically trouble ticket distribution solution according to the thinking,describes the functional modules and the parameters of the solution. At last the thesis does comparisons on the trouble ticket data during the period of the solution testing,analyzes the effects,consolidates the problems found in testing,and proposes the defects and the applicability of the plan.
