Design And Implementation Of Ticket Management System Based On J2EE

Ticket sales are a basic business of long-distance passenger station. Traditional ticket work usually uses the manual booking. This way of ticketing is not only inefficient, but also to passenger transport company statistic and summary the ticket income brought a lot of inconvenience. So it is imperative and particularly important for long-distance passenger ticket to realize information management.This paper mainly introduces a J2EE platform based on ticket management system design and development process. The system is adopted with B/S three layer architecture, Dreamweaver CS5development tools, Mysql database, and Java language development. Including user management, basic data input, vehicle security scheduling, ticket printing, statistical inquiries and other functions. It is shown that the system can meet the actual demand of passenger station, reduce the working pressure of the conductor, and improve the efficiency of passenger station.The paper first introduces the project background, system development purposes and subjects, and sets out the paper structural arrangements. Then, the paper introduces the analysis part of the system which includes the specific function of the system and the system development environment. Next is the design part that describes the overall design of the system, the detail design of the system, and the database design of the system which includes the design of the E-R diagram and database tables. Moreover, implement part introduces details of every module’s implement and key technologies. And testing part gives a detailed introduction of the system interface testing, stress testing and installation testing, then makes a test conclusion. Finally, conclusions of the work in this paper and outlooks of the next work are given.
