Design And Implementation Of Unattended Open Computer Room Management System

As the main place of information construction and education, public computer rooms each semester bear a lot of teaching tasks of basic and professional course, all kinds of computer trainings, computer tests and amateur open works. How to carry out the modernization, standardization, informatization management of public computer rooms is an important problem which teaching staff have been working. Solving it can overcome the big workload, heavy task and high error rate of traditional computer room management, but also to satisfy the need of students’ autonomous learning.Subject to the actual requirement of Jiujiang University computer teaching service center, combining C/S and B/S development model, using DELPHI7 and ASP front-end development software, SQL SERVER 2005 database management system, developing an unattended open computer room management system to ensure the normal teaching, improve the management efficiency of computer laboratory, meet the normative, order and safety need of computer room open management, raise the level of information management, promote the construction of open laboratory.Introduces the related technology of system development, analysises the system requirement from the function, performance and safety. On this basis, chooses the C/S+B/S mixed mode as the structure of system design, divides the system into the monitoring-end, control-end, server and client, ensures the main function, compared and analysises the charging modes of open computer rooms, chooses the charging mode of mature combination of hardware and software, finishes the concept and logic design of system database. At the same time, based on the environment configuration, from the process, algorithm and implementation results interface testes the system function of monitoring management, daily teaching management, open computer management, students’ internet service and so on. Finally, analysises and summaries of the system development process, clears the research direction on the future.
