The tide of informationization swept the field of education,the use of information technology to solve the problems in the field of education,to achieve the education of information is the current development trend of education.In the management of higher vocational education,there are always some problems such as low attendance of students,confusion of management training rooms,inefficient use of some training rooms,difficulty of sharing open training rooms and so on,which have plagued the teaching and training room management,Is not conducive to innovative personnel training.With the opening and sharing of practical training rooms,the management workload of practical training rooms is getting larger and larger,putting forward higher requirements on the methods and technical means of training room management.This article mainly develops a training room open management system combining software and hardware.The system mainly includes open training room application,training room intelligent access control,student fingerprint attendance,real-time video monitoring,timetable and attendance data dynamic update display,There are nine functions such as dynamic information release,video surveillance,training room asset management,and statistical analysis of data to meet the needs of intelligent management of open training in vocational training institutions.For the school's existing CRP teaching management system,the system developed a corresponding data interface to achieve data synchronization services,schedule data,mediation class data,make-up class data,class data,user data automatically updated.In turn,the attendance data generated by the fingerprint attendance module of the system is updated simultaneously to the existing CRP teaching management system.Through the implementation of the system,fingerprint time attendance instead of manual attendance,zero occupancy of classroom time,students late,absenteeism decreased significantly,attendance increased steadily;training room open application,approval,use of process information technology to improve work efficiency;access control Management intelligence,training room according to the teaching log and apply for authorization to use,instead of the traditional key to open the door to reduce teaching accidents;video surveillance and asset management,training room managers to effectively reduce the management workload and management staff;statistical analysis of data Instructors and managers provide analysis and decision-making basis.The implementation of this system has promoted the modernization,informatization and scientification of practical teaching management.
