With the rapid development of the telecom businesses, China has become theworld’s largest telecom market. With the growth of investment, communicationproducts become more and more abundant, and a large number of communicationequipment are put into use, and the number of telecom equipment room is alsoincreased correspondingly, at present, there have been many mature monitoringtechnology of telecom equipment room, they are mainly for monitoring andmanagement for equipment room power supply, temperature and access control etc.without effective management means to rent, electricity bill, maintain company androom inspection. The management of rent, electricity bill, maintaining company androom inspection is using artificial methods in Jiangxi Telecom, brings greatdifficulties to the management of telecom equipment room.In this paper, according to the above problems, we present a set of integratedmanagement system software for automatic management of the rent contract,electricity contract, maintaining contract and room inspection; some methods are usedfor the analysis of power consumption;. The soft has been put into use, and get gooduse effect, effectively improve the monitoring, maintenance, management’s responsespeed and processing capability, management efficiency.
