The virtual campus roaming system(Virtual Campus) is the technology of geographic information system, virtual reality technology, broadband network technology, multimedia technology, computer graphics based on high technology, the campus geographic spatial information and attribute information are combined, the virtual campus landscape construction of a vivid, visual, auditory, tactile is, the user can use the remote computer network access to the new campus landscape, through the terminal computer in virtual campus roaming, and can query, search and other operations.The virtual campus roaming system of this thesis, is based on Huizhou business tourism Senior occupation technical school as a virtual space,according to the principle of virtual reality technology, the campus image data collection, using 3DsMax to build 3D model, put forward the virtual campus roaming system design and implementation scheme, using VRML language as the core, combined with ASP technology, Java language and JavaScript script language to achieve realistic virtual campus scene walk through system, at the same time set aside to expand the convenient interface system of office automation system, digital library, and further improve the.In this paper, in order to realize the virtual campus roaming system of Huizhou business tourism high vocational technology school, from the system design to implementation, mainly completed the following contents:The first is the establishment of virtual campus roaming system requires a model of the scene. Through field investigation and combined with the designs simple drawing campus spatial sketch, and then construct the 3D model using 3DsMax modeling tools, shooting component real environment through digital camera tool, and the use of image processing tools for processing adjustment, completion of the production model mapping, and lay the foundation for building the virtual scene simulation.Secondly, will complete the WRL model of the scene good integration and optimization, simplified model, set the visible range, and the realization of the use of texture mapping technology to improve the browsing speed, and does not affect the virtual scene and real experience.In order to improve the interactive function of the system, analyzed the interaction implementation method, program instructions, VRML language can be combined with Java together to achieve change induction scene and accept the user sends to complete the complex event processing.Finally, using ASP technology, the virtual scene roaming implementation to have the system embedded in web pages, scene roaming, system management, navigation operation, edit function, also can realize the interconnection with other systems, with two secondary development function.
