The university laboratory is undertaking experimental teaching, is an important part of the whole teaching system, experimental teaching has become the most effective cultivation of students’ scientific research ability and innovation ability means. Application management system of colleges and universities to establish perfect experimental resources is a fundamental guarantee to realize the full open teaching mode, not only can realize the monitoring of teaching quality, the cultivation of students’ innovation ability, also improve the utilization rate of lab resources, play an important role in the standard laboratory management, improve the work efficiency etc..This article has carried on the beneficial exploration on the feasibility of management system based on.NET technology to declare in the design of experimental resources in Colleges and universities. Based on analyzing the characteristic and advantage of.NET technology on, puts forward BS model, three layer system structure based on Microsoft logic, using SQLserver database technology and the.NET three layer framework, developed the application management system of University experimental resources based on WEB. College Experimental Resources Based on WEB application management system is based on an in-depth analysis of all kinds of universities and colleges of national experiment teaching and management mode, the construction of the use of advanced software development technology of B/S architecture. The system can meet the needs of the majority of the experiment teaching of colleges and universities, compatible independent experiment teaching, open experiment teaching, course scheduling class extracurricular innovation practice different forms of teaching, and provides a rich laboratory daily maintenance and management function.Has carried on the analysis and the research situation of demand firstly, application management system of experimental resources of colleges and universities, on the basis of this, use of modeling tools and structured programming language unified modeling of experimental resources of University reporting management system, determines the design architecture of the system, design of database, and then the development of the system implementation and testing. The system adopts the hierarchical design and dynamic role assignment mechanism, guarantee the safety of the system and the scalability of database persistence layer using persistent access method is flexible, with the object as the unit operation of the business object, to achieve the object and database table mapping and related operation, can achieve a large number of business logic management of experimental resources fast. To avoid a lot of redundant code, improves the system’s quality; between the various business logic independent, function modules can be added or removed easily. Design of the system in the service of all the teachers and students of experimental course of inside and outside class practice, as teachers and management, students’ experimental project experiment instrument management, teaching management, teachers and students to exchange management and students’ experimental functions such as performance management, combined with the experimental resources experiment center to complete the experiment requirements, meet the school experiment teaching tasks, providing customized E-Leanrning learning platform for students, so as to improve the teaching quality.This paper firstly describes the development background and significance of the declaration management system of University experimental resources based on WEB, the development status and trend of the experimental management information system are summarized, and introduced the related technical management information system development experiment used and corresponding software and hardware environment. Then carries on the demand analysis, the experimental management information system functional structure design and database design, and the design of each function module of the system in detail, including the login module, experimental teaching management module, experiment booking management module, experimental equipment management module, system information management module, which in the experiment reservation management module by using backtracking algorithm Course scheduling. Finally, each module of the system are realized. After testing shows that the system has the advantages of complete functions, superior performance, simple operation, can satisfy the laboratory administrator, teachers, students and other user needs.
