Design And Implementation Of Experiment Management System For Shanghai Post And Telecommunications University

Experimental teaching is an important content of teaching in colleges and universities. In recent years, each university is developing the reform work in experimental teaching, improving the quality of experimental teaching, through the innovation of the teaching methods and teaching means. Under this condition it is an important direction of experimental teaching reform that applying information technology to the experimental teaching and management work. According to the current situation of experimental teaching in Shanghai Post and Telecommunications Worker University, this thesis discusses the construction solutions of experimental management informationization in order to informationize experimental teaching and management work, and to improve experimental teaching effect and enhance teaching management work through the development of the university laboratory management system.The design and implementation process of the university experimental management system is introduced in the thesis. Firstly, this thesis introduces the research background and research status quo at home and abroad, and discusses the relevant technologies of system development. Secondly, the author analyze the system demand. On this basis, the author gives the overall technical architecture of the system and the realization plan of database design as well as the details of the realization process of all the function modules. Finally, the paper states the process of functional testing and performance testing. The laboratory university management system discussed in this paper, uses the current popular ASP.NET technology and SQL Server2012database. The author chooses Visual Studio2010as the program development platform, and B/S(Browser/Server) three layers architecture as the System architecture This system is open to different the types of the users such as course administrators, teachers, students, educational administrators and system administrators. It also provides functional applications like curriculum management, experimental project management experimental arrangement, experiment appointment, experimental report, submission performance management, application workload statistics, notification and announcement, etc. Altogether it realizes the informatization of the experimental teaching and management work.The university laboratory management system in this thesis, which is using B/S three layers architecture, effectively improves the flexibility and extensibility of the system. Curreutly, the system has been running in Shanghai Post and Telecommunications Worker University. It is proved by the practice that the use of the system has a significant effect on improving the efficiency of experimental teaching and management work.
