Design And Implementation Of Digital Management Platform For LingDong Campus

With the development of our society and economy, especially with the expansion of information technology to our physical world, the competition of comprehensive national power on the world is becoming fiercer and fiercer. This competition based on social-economics and science technologies and greatly depends on the quantity and quality of the talents in a country, in other words, depends on the advancement of education. Education is the rejuvenation of the nation, the cornerstone of social progress, the fundamental way to improve the national quality and promote the comprehensive development, the basis to enhance China’s overall national strength. Education informatization is the trade in the development of education in the world today, and the construction of the education level of Education informatization. The development of digital campus platform can enhance the operating efficiency of the campus managers, expand the teaching functions of the traditional campus as well as help students to keep contact with the development of the computer science technologies, and ultimately achieve the education process to be comprehensive informatization.This paper takes the digital campus platform as a research model. The design principles of the platform are practically, reliability and standardization. Firstly, this paper analyses the current educational situation in China and the existed teaching systems, and puts forward that it is necessary to design and develop a comprehensive digital campus for campuses in China. Then, function analysis module focuses on the main six function modules which include: personal matters management, school resources management, instructional management, library management, system management, and campus card management. Besides, it combined the teaching systems’ functions that being used in school, and integrate the functions as well as improve it, and develops the LingDong digital teaching platform. In the design module, using the system flow chart, introduces the main function of the system six module’s using the process. In the system, through the interpretation of the core code, describes the main function of the system. Finally, using the black-box testing technology, the system tested. We use Visual Studio2012as the main development tools, SQL server2008as our background database to develop the system.The designed digital campus platform in this paper has been put into use, and gets great user feedback. This platform can be used to a large extend standardized school transaction processes, which help to improve teaching methods and quality has a positive effect on the training of personnel.
