With the rapid development of national economy, the importance of traditional energy sources have become increasingly prominent, which makes the Xinjiang oil field is also in rapid development stage.Then, the original oilfield power supply defects such as power grid structure layout problems highlight, reliability, irrational distribution has hindered construction and development in Xinjiang oilfield.In addition, the operation and management of oilfield power grid is still basically rely on artificial periodic inspection and data acquisition, which makes the work strength continuously increased, and the collected data is real-time, continuity, accuracy are poor, quick judgment.Therefore data collection and effective running state cannot be abnormal geoelectric network, fault, eventually leading to the whole oil and gas field of power grid operation efficiency is low, energy consumption increased, so, not only can not effectively provide decision basis, also cannot achieve better economic benefits of enterprises.Based on this, this paper use GPRS wireless communication technology, design and develop a set composed of embedded system on chip and GPRS wireless technology in oilfield power network remote management system, through the electrical parameters of oilfield power grid real-time data acquisition, online communication with reasonable, actual situation combined with the grid, remote management and energy consumption optimization and effective implementation of the grid, in order to effectively reduce the operation cost, and truly realize the modernization of management, automation, standardization.This paper introduces the basic structure of oilfield power grid, pumping unit load characteristics, business characteristics of GPRS technology, network structure, protocol type; at the same time, a detailed analysis of the key problems of GPRS technology in oilfield power network remote management needed to solve and the key technology needed, which provides the theoretical basis for the application of GPRS technology in modern oil the grid in remote management. Analysis of the selection of oilfield power network system monitoring technology, remote management and monitoring means, monitoring parameters, proposed the grid communication needs and requirements of the software system design. Comprehensive consideration of various factors, the oilfield power network remote management system of hardware system, software system design, puts forward the overall scheme of MCU and GPRS based on wireless technology. Monitoring terminal mainly completed the electrical parameter acquisition, between the parameter acquisition module and GPRS data exchange is realized through RS232 serial communication, data transmission exists in Short Message way, function circuit mainly comprises a power supply circuit, display circuit, clock circuit, analog digital conversion circuit, the expansion of the circuit etc.. The software system design is always follow the idea of modularization.This article finally has carried on the test of hardware and software of oilfield power network remote management system design. System test results show that, the designed system has certain market application value and promotion value.
