With the rapid development of China’s petroleum industry in recent years, more and more problems began to appear within the oilfield enterprises, such as low mining efficiency, mining safety problems, difficulties in data collection of oil well and difficulties in managing the large amount of enterprise information. The existence of such problems barriers the development of the oilfield industry. Therefore, it is necessary to promote digitized oilfield, in which the integrated information management system based on network is the key part.Considering the above problems and real demands of the Liaohe Oilfield as well, this thesis designs and implements oilfield information monitoring and management system. Based on mobile phone positioning equipments and network communication equipments, the proposed system connects the employees, the oilfield and each institution of the enterprise, in addition, data sharing is achieved. The innovation points of this thesis and the main work is as follows:1. Analyze the background and meaning of the oilfield information monitoring and management system. According to the technical proposal in the existing information system, study related techniques like.NET, LBS. GMap.NET, data transmission and database. Analyze the working mode of oilfield, summarize demands using the use case diagrams and flow charts. Analyze and modularize functional demands and then summarize key problems and non-functional demands.2. According to the requirements, this thesis proposes an integrated solution utilising various network transmission techniques, database and LBS, which includes a management system client as the main system, and APPs together with websites as the supplementary system, then customize the overall design scheme of the system. Architecture diagrams, interface diagrams and deployment diagrams are used to achieve the detailed design of the system. Database tables and table relationship diagrams are used to achieve the detailed design of the database system. Functional module structure charts are used to achieve the detailed design of the whole system.3. Implement the oilfield information monitoring and management system on both.NET platform and Android platform, including enterprise information management module, staff and task distribution management module, localization management module, remote monitoring management module and other functional modules. First, development environment of the system and system configuration like IIS and Android Studio are introduced. Then, system structure is described using class diagrams, work sequence diagrams, frame structure diagrams and codes. After that, the main system module is described using flow charts and codes. Finally, system releasing and testing method is stated.
