This article is based on the health of the Internet of things collection equipment to residents for the extension of family, through the mobile Internet on residents health records, fully combined with area residents’ health records information resources platform, to provide residents with health status evaluation, management and guidance, health care consulting and education, health risk factors assessment and a series of personal health management services.The iot acquisition equipment including: ShouBiaoShi health manager, family health management terminal, and household devices such as digital blood pressure monitor, blood glucose meter, fat detector. Mobile communication equipment include: the old man mobile phone and special mobile communication gateway.ShouBiaoShi health manager as a mobile terminal to provide users with timely heart rate testing services, intelligent data collection, upload, the real-time health safety tracking, warning of abnormal situations, for interacting with databases on the health service center at the same time, receiving professional health assessment, personalised health guidance and intervention treatment, to improve dietary guidelines, etc.According to its functional features of health management platform of the application architecture is divided into data acquisition layer, data integration, data integrated application layer. The first layer, data layer mainly realize the health detection data collection, through the way such as intelligent detection equipment, mobile phone, website, personal daily health data collection and uploaded to the health service center for centralized storage; The second layer, data integration layer is mainly to achieve data sharing and residents health archives, implementation, and the secondary and tertiary hospitals and grassroots medical department of data sharing and business collaboration; The third layer, data integrated application layer mainly realize the monitoring of monitoring data and the residents’ health records after the integration of comprehensive application, including the portal website geared to the needs of residents, based on expert knowledge base of health management, health assessment, health education, etc.Health management platform products adhere to the "B/S(browser/server)" three-tier architecture system, using the enterprise service bus(ESB) middleware technology and service-oriented architecture(SOA) open architecture, the system open easy extension, convenient cross-platform integrate with other applications. Using Java technology for development, database using Oracle11gR2, through the establishment of the expert knowledge base system for health and safety of the residents to remind, early warning function, and realize intelligent health assessment, personalized information services such as health guidance advice, health guidance. Connectivity to the software and hardware resources, for the system application system to establish a comprehensive, flexible, safe operation environment.In this paper, based on the regional health information platform for effective integration, and with the area of the secondary and tertiary hospital and medical institutions and community in towns and townships combined treatment of preventive services, integration of medical information resources between institutions, health information using highly sharing and depth, to provide medical treatment for the prevention and treatment of service quality, the high quality health services at the same time reduce social cost.
