The Design And Implementation Of Residents’ Health Records Management System

Health record refers to a regular and scientific record of residents’ physical and mental health.As people’s living standards improve, people are increasingly concerned about the individual’s physical health.It has become a widespread concern on how to manage residents’ physical and mental health records scientifically and effectively. It occurs a big issue of managing residents’ physical and mental health records is how to ensure the completeness and correctness of the file information.Residents file management system is designed to solve these problems which realizes the informatization management of residents file information, improving staffs’ efficiency as well as saving costs.This paper introduces the implementation process of the residents’ health records management system, using J2EE technology to design system’s B/S architecture and JSP+CSS technology is applied to design system’s interface.With the help of Struts2technique, system’s control layer is structuring designed while business logic layer is written by Hibernate technology.The system successfully implements the decoupling between classes and separation of interface layer and business logic layer which enhances the maintainability of the code.SQL2008is also used to design the system’s database.System is divided into five sub-functions:personal health records management, family health records management, health examination records management, admissions and consultation records management, two-way referral file management and each sub-function also contains their different operations and constraints.Personal health records management function includes informationization management of personal health records. Family health records management includes informationization management of family health files. Healthy file management function includes informationization management of the medical file. Admissions and consultation records management includes informationization management of admissions and consultation files. Two-way referral file includes informationization management of two-way referral files. Each function contains a different operating which works together to accomplish the information management of residents’ health files. The system completes the functional design and interface design of various businesses in residents’ health records management system which meets users’ basic needs.lt finally realizes informationization of residents’ health records management, improving staffs’ efficiency, reducing costs and ensuring the quality of management.
