With the rapid development and popularization of computer technology and network, the traditional contract management system has been unable to meet the needs of enterprises. Contract management is an indispensable part of enterprise management, A perfect contract management is an important symbol of the enterprise’s healthy operation. A good contract management, not only can improve the work efficiency, save the cost, reduce the burden on the staff, but also can better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises.In this paper, according to the contract management process in actual work, I make an abstract of the system’s business background, needs analysis, system design and system implementation, and I put forward the solution based on B/S architecture. Focus on the design and implementation of each module of the contract management system. I implement the function of user management, unit management, contract management, meeting management and so on The characteristic function: exporting contract statistics information inExcel with JXL framework according to a certain format and exporting contracts and related conference summary text. With the FreeMarker framework according to a certain format used in Word.In the process of system implementation, the system uses MyEclipse as the development platform, which makes the object-oriented language Java as it’s language. With a powerful SSH2 as a framework, based on MySQL database management system as the database container. The practical significance of the system is to combining the contract management process with the modern computer management system,it has the superiority of the previous manual management incomparable and saved a lot of labor costs,and it can be convenient for operation and management of the data, which greatly improves the efficiency of work, and make the data safety ensured.The thesis is divided into six chapters to introduce the design and implementation of contract management system. The first chapter is mainly about the paper’s background, researching significance and current situation both abroad and at home. The second chapter introduces the system’s development techniques. The third chapter makes a analysis on the contract management system, which mainly includes functional requirements and non-functional requirements, and then gives the system’s development environment. Chapter IV refers to the above requirement analysis, makes each functional module designed in detail, showing each functional timing diagrams, and then introduces the database design of the system, giving the ER diagram and table structure. Chapter V deals with the above design, realizing the system and giving the specific realization interface and flow chart. Finally, the realization of the above systems is tested, and the test shows that the system can meet the needs of users.
