In order to improve the level of Air Force information technology, superior to the author’s unit issued a "aviation division Informatization construction of pil ot" mission, and project development of "information office platform system of a unit ", this paper will introduce its sub projects named "sentry post management system". "Sentry post management system" is to provide a platform for manager s and staff on duty to have a instant communication with text communications,voice and video communications and file exchange capabilities.This paper studies a variety of currently popular with similar functionality found in instant messagi ng software, most widely used software for commercial advantage or performanc e requirements, using a centralized P2 P network; small part of a fully distributed P2 P network architecture software usually there is no integrated video communic ations. Therefore, this paper is based on the real needs of the troops, with the pr oduction of a real-time communication based on fully distributed P2 P networks(IM) system, integrated file exchange, audio and video communication over the te xt and made some useful features such attempts, and for the design and implem entation process problems found proposes technical solutions, has some practical a pplication research value and practical significance.The main research and innovation of this paper is reflected in three aspects:Firstly, in the system interface design concise, easy operation, design and im plementation of the "one window pluripotent" model, namely: all system function s are displayed in a window, avoiding the need for users to repeatedly switch o peration using window inconvenience.Secondly, with the JXTA technology designed to improve application method s, the use of user registration information is automatically generated Platform Con fig files, allowing users to log in when you first registered nodes do not have t o achieve a user login and register directly in the system can join the P2 P netw ork.Thirdly, In terms of audio and video communication systems, using the esta blishment of two independent channels simultaneously based on JXTA technology protocols for audio, video transmission, respectively, while achieving a two-waypipeline technology to transmit data to improve system stability and reliability.
