East Hong Kong Tourism Board Using JSP Technology Development Personnel And Payroll Management System Based On Web

This paper made a detailed analysis on the personnel management functions andprocesses of Donggang city tourism bureau. Combined with the practical work of thepersonnel management, we design and develop the personnel management system ofDonggang City Tourism Bureau.We use B/S mode as the structure of the system, and develop Donggang citytourism bureau personnel management system with JSP technology and SQL Serverdatabase to store data information. This system has the following functions: employeeinformation input, employee information query, attendance assessment, year-endappraisal, payroll management and other functions. According to the process ofpersonnel management, we realize the automation, information technology forpersonnel management work.According to the development trend of the personnel system, we integrated payrollmanagement into personnel management to adapt the evolving development of tourismbureau later. We established a personal management system which can meeting the needof tourism bureau. It can not only reduce the workload of the management staff, but alsocan greatly improve efficiency and provide effective help to the future development ofthe tourism bureau of Donggang.
