With the continuous developments of computer and information technology applications in various industries, school personnel records management system also uses the information technology. Standardization and information makes the personnel records management system become inevitable trend for enterprises. For a long time, many colleges and universities use the traditional manual management of university personnel files. There are several drawbacks for the traditional management, not easy to manage maintain the information. Information data accumulate more and more over time. The personnel file system can extract useful information from potential data. For management decision-making, it is of great value. For university personnel management system, the design needs to meet the demands of teachers. In addition, university personnel management system also has a very good performance. Personnel management system can save a lot of time and financial costs for managers. Therefore, managers can focus on more important management work. So it can improve the efficiency of targeted universities. Therefore, the development of personnel management system has high value.The personnel files system is improving the efficiency of the college. It will change the traditional manual-type text records work. So it makes university personnel records management automation. Development of personnel management system can manage and configure the payroll, personnel management, and other matters. Develop a system should meet the simple, user-friendly and flexible, practical features. Personnel records management system for college faculty salary management information and comprehensive standardized management, including: basic information management staff, management staff wages, staff appraisal management, faculty rights management, systems management and database management. Personnel management system will generate the corresponding data based on the user’s search conditions for specific user operation. After the completion of the system, it will be tested. The test results show that the personnel records management system meets demands of Chengdu Industrial Vocaqtional Technical College.
