In recent years, as rapid development of scientific technology and network, the competition was also intensified, in order to maintain the current industry position while obtained continuous development, new management and service as well as strong fundamental network and advanced business support systems were required to keep the old customers while constantly develop new customers to broaden the market. Telecom enterprise CRM(Customer Relationship Management, Customer Relationship Management System) software emerged with the aged requirements. CRM is a software collection, or a solution that is a customer-centric customer relationship management and service system software to help telecom operators to establish a good brand image and corporate image.The aim of this paper is to manage the interface between the production system and ways, establish unified service management platform for telecommunications interface specification. Through authorized access management system, implement the interface service reuse, access platform interface for monitoring and auditing services statistics.In this paper, software project management philosophy based telecom CRM Service Bus System was designed and studied. Under Sichuan Telecom research background, combined with the integrated query management, real-time monitoring construction work, the practical situation of the requirement for telecommunications services information management was studied. The demand for telecommunications service employers and CRM service application system was analyzed. The general framework of topology management idea based on software engineering and design was established. The detailed design and realization of core modules including “integrated query module”, “real-time monitoring module”, “topology Management module”, etc were also gave out.The concept used in the overall architecture of system is lightweight integration platform, which is based on the service architecture of Oracle Service Bus technology. The CPND with simplified structure, wide applications and low maintenance cost was realized based on the Web Services Interface Service software, which was used in this concept. The design based on the Visual Studio.NET 2005 and NET Framework 2.0 is a currently popular exploitation environment of Windows platform application program. A back-end database named SQL Server 2005 with powerful function was used in this system, which is simple to operation, easy to use. Therefore, it is very suitable for the development of telecom CRM systems.
