Based On Web Network Teaching System Research And Design

Learning Online Management System (LOMS) is an information system which makes use of the Internet as a platform to show knowledge and to process teaching activity, such as comunication online and studying. To build a platform of learning online, which is active, cooperative and open, can overcome the limitation of the traditional education. It has more resources and is easy to access and comnunicate without the restricting of time and space.Based on the actual demand, the system in this thesis analyses the whole process of education, provides an intelligent E-learning program for both teachers and students. It contains three steps of traditional education:learning design, learning process and learning evaluation. Besides, provides the specific user with special demand and knowledge level, it can be customized following some specific situation and can be adjusted automaticlly. This system will break through the limitation of traditional education, such as restriction of time and space, unsufficient comunication between teachers and students, passive behavior and involuntary in the period of learning. This system will change the teaching contents according to the system log, and feed back to the teachers.Using B/S as the development model, taking IIS as the applcation server, combining with the ASP technology and the DBMS of Access to manage the resources, this system links with the practical demand and supports simultaneous multi requests(customized review,preview, question, summary) which realizes the functions such as long-distanced transmitting the homework, online correcting, online testing(normal testing, quiz, evaluation and advice), online answering(intelligent Q&A, ask for help of teachers), discussing, and online communication. Here we introduce the conception of contents collections graph which is a structure to store knowledge as some key nodes. These nodes would group the relationship such as parents, children, cousins and enemies.Through the purpose and the significant system, and the analysis of demand, the selecting of platform, the establishing of system module, the design of database, and the realization of all each function module, this paper particularly introduces the design of the system and the methods, and narrates in assistant using the data flow chart, E-R chart, and program flow chart.All functions have bean tested and works normally, and the LOMS will bring people huge convenience in learning.
