Corporate cash management system, under the fully understand about the needs of cash management and development trends at home and abroad,to fund its liquidity risk management as a core indicator of corporate cash to solve business-to-pay settlement, centralized management of funds and other aspects of the urgent requirements, while station in the financial supply chain perspective, the organic integration of information technology and business enterprises to provide payment for the supply chain under receivables management and finance management. In the completion of the unified management of funds on the basis of multi-bank, strengthen financial risk control and optimize the flow of funds to achieve centralized control and management as the core of liquidity management, increasing the value of the cash flow and maximize the value of corporate cash benefits.The research is based on the Bank of China, Weifang Branch business enterprise cash management system, by analyzing corporate cash management system front-end platform and counter systems, online banking, mobile banking and other electronic channels system phase, the background and the bank’s core systems, logical relationship between other systems of foreign exchange, trade finance, cash management business needs to collect, sort of business processes, data modeling system to complete the work and complete the detailed design of the functional design of corporate cash management system, and finally, based on open source frameworks SSH and other J2 EE technologies, to achieve the development of the system. In the process of building the system, focusing on the following aspects considered:1. Focus combed corporate cash management business processes and seamlessly between the analysis of corporate cash management systems and other related systems, solve cash management system applications from both business and IT requirements analysis, design, development and testing process, etc. problems.2. Based software engineering ideas, waterfall development model, and the integrated use of a variety of system modeling tools. Using the tools including Visio and Rose, and PowderDesigner through the use of tools to further deepen the understanding of the system requirements, but also makes the project can be under the guidance of the correct analysis and design methods to achieve the completion of the best software, upgrade software scalability, maintainability and reusability.3. Build system development framework to solve the systems development process of technical problems. MVC architecture based on J2 EE architecture, building development framework of corporate cash management system through the integration of open source frameworks such as SSH, using Oracle10 g database for data storage, research and development process to solve a variety of problems.At the end part of the thesis, discusses the problems encountered in the system testing and the prospect of corporate cash management system for information technology trends.
