Cash management system can help enterprise to make scientific and rationalmanagement of cash, improve the real time enterprise capital management andflexibility. Through the system, enterprise can be very convenient for a variety offinancial documents, account books, statements of management, at the same time, itcauses a comprehensive collection and payment business, and realizes the effectiveallocation of funds, promote the increase of fluidity of account and cash flow, profitspace and greater value for the enterprise. Based on the B/S model, the system usesthe SQL2005database as the central database with C#language achieving the cashmanagement system. The system has the characteristics of uniform interface,convenient use, complete functions, good performance, high safety index and goodcompatibility which can to the application in the credit cooperatives. After analyzingthe research status of the current cash management system at home and abroad,aiming at the urgent need of enterprise business demand for system requirementsanalysis, the whole system is divided into user management module, accountsmanagement module, document management module, books management module andthe mail list management module. According to the analysis of system demand, thispaper studies the system development environment, system structure, networktopology for a summary of the design, described by the functional design businessprocess diagram and sequence diagram of the system. It uses SQL SERVER2005todesign and Realization of database of which the design follows the coding standard,reasonable structure, with a certain degree of scalability and has the characteristic oflower redundancy. Based on the system design, system uses ADO.NET database toaccess scheme and ASP.NET C#as development language to implement the system.Through the case test, it proved the availability and correctness verificationof the system. After safety testing, performance testing and stress testing of thesystem, it shows that it is safe and reliable, and the performance and pressure met thesystem requirements, and test environment to meet the actual use, the test results ofhigh reliability, which can be used to evaluate the system demand.
